Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Growth App subscriptions accessible from https://getgrowth.app/ or various affiliate links and funnels, and Get Growth Consulting accessible from https://getgrowth.consulting/.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

If You meet the conditions for cancellation as outlined below, We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the date We receive Your cancellation request. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:
The following cases are not eligible for return.
Customized Goods: Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized and approved by You in writing.
Initiated Services: "Done-for-you" services where project work has already begun.
Launched Goods: Items that have been launched or made live as part of a marketing campaign.
Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but previous payments are non-refundable. In certain cases, We may refund the last month's payment only.
Auto Recharge Payments: Charges for SMS/MMS texting, phone numbers, calls, A2P registration fees, and emails sent within Growth App are non-refundable. These fees are directly billed by Growth App in partnership with carriers, providers, and regulatory bodies like The Campaign Registry.
Promotional or Discounted Plans: Promotional packages (e.g., 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscriptions) and exclusive annual or lifetime plans are non-refundable.
Unused Service: Unused months of service or hours of "done-for-you" assistance from promo packages or extended service commitments cannot be refunded.
Goods on Sale: Sale items are non-refundable unless prohibited by applicable law.
Terms and Conditions Violations: Refunds will not be issued to users who breach Our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or abusive behavior towards Get Growth service providers.
Educational Courses: Online courses or training platforms provided by Get Growth may be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, these purchases are non-refundable.
